    Our approach is firmly rooted in the teachings of the Qur’an and Sunnah while recognizing the unique realities and challenges faced by Muslims living in today’s world.

    We strive to provide a safe, respectful, and confidential environment where individuals and families can openly discuss their concerns, seek guidance, and work toward positive solutions. Our goal is to help individuals strengthen their connection with Allah ﷻ, gain clarity and direction, and move forward with confidence, purpose, and faith.

    Important Information

    Please take note of the following:

    • All guidance and counselling are provided from an Islamic perspective, grounded in the Qur’an, Sunnah, and the principles of Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh).
    • Discussions are treated with the utmost confidentiality and conducted in a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment.
    • Information shared during consultations will not be disclosed to others except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to oneself or others.
    • Some matters may require more than one session. Participants should be prepared to commit to follow-up sessions when necessary to achieve meaningful progress.
    • All participants are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with Islamic ethics, manners, and mutual respect throughout the consultation process.

    The Imam is not a government-licensed counsellor. Services are faith-based, and are intended for Islamic guidance only.

    These services are also not a substitute for professional therapy or mental health treatment offered by government-licensed professionals. Where appropriate, referrals to licensed counsellors and other qualified professionals can be provided.
