Do you want to learn more about the Deen but don’t know where to start? Masjid Bilal Muslim Association has an exclusive class for adult sisters. A place where stay-at-home moms, wives, aunties and sisters can grow in the religion under the tutelage of a female Islamic scholar.
The focus is on, but not limited to, reciting and understanding the Qur’an, Foundational Tajweed, Fiqh (rulings pertaining to everyday life, including those specific to women), Seerah, daily duas, and Ahadith (the sayings of our beloved Prophet ﷺ).
The foundation for a child’s Islamic upbringing begins with the mother, so we hope that through these classes, we help women become beacons of light in their homes. We also want to create a safe space for sisters to connect and build lasting friendships with their classmates. This is an excellent opportunity for stay-at-home moms/sisters to learn and connect.
Classes are mainly be in English, but our instructors are also fluent in Urdu and Bangla.
Classes are three days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 10:00am until 12:00pm.
Currently, the fee is at $10.00 a month.
